In the interwar period, and particularly during the 1920s, jewelry design reflected a shift toward modernity, versatility, and refinement. Dress clips became a favored accessory, elegantly accenting lapels, fur stoles, or footwear. Garter clips offered a more intimate variation—hidden from view yet executed with the same meticulous attention to detail. This pair, finely crafted in platinum and diamonds, features a stylized scroll motif emblematic of Art Deco’s architectural precision. Later converted to ear clips, they retain the understated opulence and sensual sophistication of their original form.
